Standard issue commando pistol marked "S9 Taxi Special".

Strategy

The Socom 9 is a relatively straightforward pistol. Being a pistol it will allow for much mobility, and its high magazine capacity makes up for its low damage.

Given its equivalent damage and spread, as well as improved rate of fire and nearly doubled magazine capacity, the Socom 9 is overall superior to the P38 Dirk.
